Warren Kibblewhite

A dynamic and engaging speaker that when combined with his extraordinary depth of knowledge, skills and success in Real Estate Sales and Business, plus his cutting edge grasp on the use of technologies, media and customer relationships, makes for a powerful educator and motivator.

Early Years:
Warren's own Real Estate career started with the Harcourts Real Estate Group in the suburbs of Wellington, New Zealand back in 1988. This was a time amongst the chaos and recession that was the fallout from the 1987 Stock Market crash, but even as the resulting number of average monthly Real Estate transactions had nearly halved, Warren became a standout performer completing over 90 list and sell transactions in his first 12 months.

Auction:
Through his second year, Warren added to his success by completing an Auctioneering and Auction Marketing course where he went on to defy the local industry critics in successfully introducing Auctions to his local 'first home buyers' market. "Auctions were not big throughout New Zealand then and mainly used as a last resort" Warren says, "they were definitely not understood as a 'first resort' marketing strategy, especially in our Wellington Real Estate scene." But that all changed, helped by Warren's 93% Auction success rate amongst his local market that endured an average sale time ballooning out to 9 months through private treaty.

Business:
Warren bought into his first Real Estate office in 1994 which soon after was rebranded as a franchise to LJ Hooker as they entered into the New Zealand market. He subsequently grew that business to 3 offices employing some 45 sales and administration staff. His office and salespeople held numerous awards amongst which he was in the top 5% off all LJ Hooker business internationally and the No.1 office in New Zealand for Property Management.

Training:
In 2001, after selling his business, Warren moved to Australia and following a brief stint managing the highly successful South Australian Real Estate business of Brock Partners (now Brock Harcourts), set up his own Real Estate Training Company in 2002. His training business had its foundations in a 2 day 'bootcamp' teaching advanced methods in Prospect-List-Negotiate-Sell, but also provided in-house training sessions to nearly every major Real Estate Group in Australia and New Zealand. "I still see a lot of the advanced practices I was teaching including my own philosophies in customer relationship management and relationship building philosophies still being taught by other trainers today." Warren says.

Side Ventures:
In 2005, Warren set aside his training to help his partner build her own Art Gallery business which grew to several Galleries around Australia and New Zealand and were credited with commercialising the phenomenon of 'Photos-On-Canvas'.

In 2010 Warren combined his own interest in sustainable housing and living, with TV, where he embarked on a solo project of writing producing and presenting a 10 Episode TV series about Australia's Green Homes (Eco Homes) called 'Green Homes and Bacon'. The series profiled 10 different Eco Homes including the families that owned them. It went to air on Australian TV at the end of 2012, and start of 2013.
